Reviews
Loved all their wines, cellar, vineyards, restaurant… but mainly everyone working in there was very cool!
When an Englishman meets a South African, the result is a winery near Limoux.
The restaurant attracts many guests, who then use a tasting to stock up on the right wines.
Very spicy white wines, rather rare in France. But tasty.
Good midweek lunch menu. 5 choices plus grills. I had veal cutlet which was superb. Caesar salad entree and chocolate dessert.
Some excellent wines and great views but disappointing restaurant. More of a wine bar cafe with inexperienced and undisciplined staff. Uneaten bread from the table is put back and reused for other guests. Staff eat on duty and have no discipline touching face and then handling food. Small things, easily rectified but need to be done.
A very good place for celebrations and the wine is Nice..
Had a lovely lunch over there. I can imagine with nice weather the views must be spectaculair. Had a glass of the white 'house wine' which was very tasty. Only ppint of attention: if you are vegetarian there a no menu options abailable
Wonderful wine and a very good restaurant - very popular so book to avoid disappointment.
Beautiful location but could be so much more.....the restaurant itself is a bit shabby with lightbulbs missing and cable ties holding various items together. The food to start was lovely however the mains - Pork had unfortunately ended up in food poisoning for both parties who ate it. We had contacted the restaurant to inform them of this but they had not replied - hence the review now as the chance was given to rectify but sadly ignored. To add insult to injury the hand wash in the bathroom was watered down....not ideal during covid times!!! What a shame as we would have enjoyed comming back regularly. It really could be so much more, the owners are missing a treat and so had we.
Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend you trying it either.
